Celtics rout Magic lock up 7th in the East 120-88
Courtney Lee scored 20 points and Jeff Green added 17 as the Boston Celtics cruised to a 120-88 victory over the Orlando Magic on Saturday night.
The win locked up the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference for Boston, which never trailed in beating Orlando for the eighth straight time.
All five Celtics starters reached double figures, with Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce scoring 14 and 12 points, respectively, after sitting out Friday against Miami.
Tobias Harris led the Magic with 22 points, and Nik Vucevic added 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Celtics make playoffs hold on to beat Pistons
Jeff Green led the Celtics with 34 points, including a 3-pointer with 45 seconds left to snap Boston's two-minute scoring drought, and the Celtics clinched a playoff berth by beating the Detroit Pistons 98-93 on Wednesday night.
Paul Pierce and Brandon Bass scored 17 apiece for the Celtics, who had lost two in a row and seven of their previous nine. But the victory, coupled with Philadelphia's 88-83 loss to the Charlotte Bobcats, left Boston 8 1/2 games ahead of the 76ers with eight games to play.
Greg Monroe had 24 points and 17 rebounds and Rodney Stuckey scored 22 for the Pistons.

Boston Celtics beat the visiting Hawks 118-107
Celtics maintain the lead in the 4th this time to beat the Atlanta Hawks 118-107. Jeff Green led the boys in green with 27 points, while the captain Paul Pierce had a tripple-double with 20 pts 10 reb and 10 assists. Jason Terry had a good offenssive game with 24 points, he was 5-7 in the three point land.
Shavlik Randolph was great for the bench pulling 13 rebounds and 7 offensive and some putbacks.
The Hawks was led by Mike Scott with 19 points, while Josh Smith got 18 points and Jeff Teague scored 17 points.

Jeff Green Buzzer beater lay up save the Boston Celtics over the Cavs
Great play by Jeff Green who steamroll to the hoops for a lay up to save the Celtics beating the Cavs 93-92.
Paul Pierce scored 19 pts and pull down 10 rebounds while Bass had 22 points along with Jeff Green's 21 points.
Celtics avoided 6 game losing streak by winning this one however it's the Cavs 6th losing streak.
CJ Miles scored 13 pts, who couldn't close out the game leading by 6 at the start of the fourth.

Celtics fall to the Hornets due to Davis tip 87-86
NEW ORLEANS - Anthony Davis tipped in a missed shot over Kevin Garnett and Jeff Green for a last-second win and the New Orleans Hornets snapped a four-game skid with an 87-86 victory over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night.
Paul Pierce scored 11 points of his 28 points in the last six minutes to nearly lead Boston back from a nine-point deficit, but missed a jumper with 16 seconds left that could have put the Celtics up by three.
The loss dropped Boston into seventh in the Eastern Conference, 3 1/2 games behind Brooklyn for the fourth seed, which carries with it home advantage in the first round of the playoffs. The Nets beat Dallas, while fifth-place Atlanta beat Milwaukee to pull 1 1/2 games ahead of the Celtics.
Boston led by as many as 12 in the opening half, taking a 50-38 lead on Garnett's layup, and the Celtics led 55-45 at halftime.

Heat beat Boston 105-103 keep winning record to 23
The Miami Heat beat Boston to win their 23 in a row.
Jeff Green scored a career-high 43 points for Boston, which was without Kevin Garnett for the second straight game. Paul Pierce had 17 points, eight rebounds and eight assists however he commited an awful 7 turnovers that really hurt the Boston team.
LeBron James scored 37 points 7 boards and 12 assists.
